Alifiya Sirohiwala is a Registered Physiotherapist who graduated from Coventry University with a Masters in Clinical Physiotherapy. With over 4 years of clinical experience, she specializes in Adult Neurological Rehabilitation, Concussion, Vestibular Rehabilitation and treating Orthopedics Conditions such as Hip and Knee Replacements, Fractures, Ligaments, TMJ and Meniscus Injuries. Alifiya has worked in various Neuro and Orthopedic specialties including Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation, Stroke Rehabilitation units, Pediatric Rehabilitation, Oncology Rehabilitation. After suffering a serious knee injury from sports and recovering fully after arthroscopy surgery she became interested in sports medical science and was convinced she could join the professionals that help others reach their health and fitness goals.

Working as an Athletic Therapist with Trinity Western University’s Spartans Volleyball Team (National Women Champions 2022), helped her observe, learn and practice many techniques used for rehabilitation. Her passion for counselling came from my prior experience of working as a family physician in India (for 13 years), supporting patients not only to their medical health needs of patient, but also to their emotional health needs (as such services were not readily available).
