Hamid Gul
Hamid Gul is a Registered Physiotherapist dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, restore movement, and return to the activities they enjoy. He graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) in Dublin, where he developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, clinical reasoning, and patient-centered care.
Hamid takes a hands-on, movement-based approach that combines manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to help patients achieve lasting results. He believes in identifying and addressing the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms.
He has a particular interest in treating neck pain, back pain, shoulder conditions, knee injuries, sports-related injuries, and workplace injuries. Whether helping an individual return to work, recover from injury, or improve athletic performance, Hamid tailors treatment plans to each patient’s goals and lifestyle.
To further advance his clinical expertise, Hamid has completed extensive post-graduate training in the Mulligan Concept (Upper and Lower Quadrant), Comprehensive Shoulder Rehabilitation in Sport, Comprehensive Knee Rehabilitation in Sport, Spinal Manipulation Therapy, McKenzie Method (MDT) Part A, and Graston Technique Therapy. These courses have enhanced his skills in movement assessment, joint mobilization, spinal and peripheral manipulation, soft tissue treatment, exercise progression, and return-to-sport rehabilitation.
Outside the clinic, Hamid enjoys strength training, running, soccer, swimming, and hiking. His active lifestyle provides valuable insight into the physical demands of sport, fitness, and recovery, allowing him to better support patients in achieving their goals.
Hamid’s goal is simple: to help patients move confidently, recover efficiently, and return to doing what matters most to them.
