My journey in kinesiology began with a bachelor’s degree in Science from Simon Fraser University (Major in Kinesiology with a concentration in active health and rehabilitation with occupational ergonomics), where I delved into the intricate workings of the human body and its potential for optimal function. As a former competitive swimmer and current field hockey player in the Women’s Burnaby League, I’ve personally experienced the transformative power of sports and physical activity.

I’ve had the privilege of working closely with NCAA athletes as a team trainer, specializing in sports like soccer, wrestling, and football.
